We are excited to finally share the official trailer of "Mystic Minnie" with you! The film has just recently begun its maiden voyage into festival land. Stay tuned as we share the progress. Meanwhile, enjoy the trailer!
An American couple become the center of attention in a rural pub in 1950s Ireland when wagers are made on the wife's psychic abilities.
Eugene and Carthy, two local pub dwellers from a small village in Ireland, share their outrageous gossip of the morning’s events with Seamus, who arrives in the pub after a hard slog in the bog. It appears that an American couple from Chicago, Hank and Minnie, had just put on a show of Minnie’s psychic abilities, while cleaning them out of cash at the same time. Will Seamus be convinced, or does he know something the others don’t?

A man struggles to defeat his own demons, discovering the infinite loneliness of addiction. Drama.
What appears to be an ordinary journey to the bog to cut turf becomes an unusual and frightening encounter with a man's fondness for "the drink"; the recurring battle of will. It is set in the lonely, desolate, quiet high boglands in 1950s Ireland; boglands that are known in Irish folklore as places of danger that can swallow up the unwitting.
The sole, lead character is played by John Morley, who delivers a fantastically convincing performance, highlighting the chilling external, as well as internal, forces he struggles to deal with.
We will announce when "The Breaking" will begin to be submitted to festivals within a week.
